November Favourites

November Favourites

Katherine Penney Chic Monthly Favourites Beauty

I honestly can't believe that it is December already! But I am so so excited for Christmas now! Anyway, back to my November favourites and what I have been loving this month.

Earlier in the month I did a really huge Boots haul after I got a little carried away with the 3 for 2 offer on all makeup. So nearly everything in this haul is from that haul!

Revlon Lip Butter in 050 Berry Smoothie
I picked this one up as I have wanted to try this formula for so long and I remember Lily Pebbles really loved this shade. This feels like a lip balm which is amazing and it is so moisturising. The shade is a beautiful everyday pink and during November I have been reaching for this most days.

MaXfactor Face Infinity Primer
I don't want to say too much about this one as I have a detailed review of this that should be coming up soon. But I have worn this everyday that I have worn makeup since I bought it. It's protecting, moisturising and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth ready to apply my makeup on.

Garnier Intensive 7 Days Hand Cream
Firstly I should probably say that I don't think this lasts 7 days! But it is still a very good hand cream. My hand have been feeling so dry recently but the formula of this is so thick and moisturising yet it isn't greasy and it sinks in really quickly. A really great reasonably priced hand cream. And you only have to use a tiny amount so this is going to last me a while.

Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm in Sultry
I already did a post on the colourburst lacquer balm and how much I loved it and this one is just as amazing. This colour is totally gorgeous and I have an outfit post wearing this coming up very soon. I also think the matte balms have such an incredible lasting power.

Blistex Moisture Max
As well as suffering from very dry hands at the moment my lips are also getting incredibly dry. I picked this up in Boots as I wanted something super moisturising that would last for a while. This stays on my lips for ages, even after food and drink! And I put in on before bed and in the morning I can still feel it. It gives the lips a beautiful glossy shine and works really well under lipsticks.

Vaselie Spray and Go Cocoa Radiant
I know I've talked about the Vaseline spray and go a few times before but it really is a great moisturising. I find that it is perfect for this time of year as when you get out the shower it freezing and that last thing you want to do is be hanging around for ages applying moisturiser and waiting for it to dry. But I can apply this everyday after I shower as it takes about 2 minutes. Also it smells like chocolate and who doesn't want that?!

Essie Nail Polish in Perfect Parka
This was one of my bargain Essie purchases a while back and I think this would have to be my favourite. The colour is just a really unusual greyish blue with a hint of tiny sparkles. It's just so pretty on the nails and a perfect alternative to all the berry shades at this time of year.

Hope you have all had a lovely November and 1st of December yesterday. 22 days and 7 hours left until Christmas now!! xx
