It's All In The Details

It's All In The Details

When it comes to room decorations I think it is those little details that really make a difference and turn a simple space into something really homely and pretty. Below are just a few really easy was that you can add a little bit of decoration in a room.

Displaying pretty makeup such as nail polishes or perfume adds a girlie touch. Also mix up pretty prints in similar colours. I don't think that I will ever actually write in these tiny notebooks but they are just so pretty!

I love cute little ornaments like this. This little bird was really cheap from an antique store!

Displaying jewellery around a room looks so pretty, especially if you have decorative hangers or stands. Plus it keeps your jewellery neat and makes it even more accessible.

Always remember fairy lights are not just for Christmas!

Even little things like changing your cupboard door handles can make such a big difference

Most random thing ever! I took this home after a party the other week because I thought it was pretty!

I love collecting little bits and pieces when I go on holiday. The elephant was my mums from India and I got the pretty box from a market in Egypt.

Stiking with boxes, pretty boxes are a little bit of a weakness of mine. In fact I have more boxes in my room than I do things to actually put in them! But when they are as pretty as this one who cares, right?!

  1. Your room is so beautifully decorated! My favourite tips are changing the handles, adding fairy lights, and pretty decorative notebooks. The little details really add up :)
