This is the perfect outfit for everyday. Simple, comfy layers in a neutral colour palette. I love the pretty scoop neckline of this top and how it has the subtle flecks running though it. This cardigan I recently bought from Primark although I think it looks a lot more expensive. I saw one recently that I thought was very similar from Reiss. This has the long slouchy style but with the slim fit 3/4 sleeves. 

I also layered with my ASOS beige coat, I love the smart tailored style of this and how it adds to the neutral colour palette of this outfit. Finally I finished the look of with my delicate elephant necklace.

Study Style

So my Refreshers week is over (I spent most of it ill!) and another year of university has officially started. I'm really excited for this year studying Fashion Buying and all of my modules sound really interesting. This weekend I went to the library to get some book out for my course and try and get a bit of a head start on the year. I'm really loving a very preppy style in Autumnal tones at the moment so I thought that I would share my outfit with you. 

For me nothing say cute and preppy like a little collar poking out from underneath a jumper, especially a pretty white one. The sleeveless shirt that I am wearing is from Dorothy Perkins in a white broderie pattern and my jeans are just my favourite dark denim Zara pair. The beige jumper is a new one from H&M. I had the grey one and loved it and wore it so much that I bought it in the beige as well. I wonder if they also do a black...

I also wore my fur gilet for some extra warmth on the way to the library and rolled the sleeves of my jumper up for an extra preppy feel. I honest cannot get enough of my Longchamp handbag. I was such a great investment. I am also able to fit my Macbook, notepads, diary and then all my other bits and pieces in it, so it is just great for throwing everything in. 

After Summer I am really enjoying putting together Autumn inspired preppy outfits. So keep an eye out on my blog for lots more outfit posts like this one. Speak soon xx
