New Bedroom Inspiration

In less than a Week now I am going to be moving in with all my university friends into a new house, and my new bedroom. I have been so excited to decorate my new bedroom and it has been so much fun going shopping for pretty bits and pieces this Summer. So I have put together some inspiration from WeHeartIt and Pinterest. 

Unlike last year I actually have a good sized bedroom with a double bed, which is very exciting. I have decided to keep my room quite white as it is my favourite colour and have everything looking really fresh and clean. And then when Christmas coming it will be easy to change things up sligtly by adding a Christmasy throw and some pretty lights or something. I also want to have a bit of pastel blue in my room and I have a beautiful Urban Outfitters throw for my bed that is actually in the exact same pattern as the bedding second left on the bottom row. When I get up to Manchester I also want to buy quite a bit green plant to have in the corner of my room as I love the green against all the white. 

I am so excited to decorate my bedroom. I do have some rather horrible orange checked curtains to deal with, but hopefully we can get past that! Can't wait to show you all the photos once it is finished. xx

Kefalonia Inspiration 2015

Eek! I am so excited to write this post! In two days time I will be going on holiday to Kefalonia with my family! We are staying in a beautiful villa with a swimming pool and amazing views and I honestly can't contain my excitement! 

Yesterday was my last day at work for a while so I have a couple of days to sort everything out and get packing. And while I love going on holiday (most people do!) I am not really a fan of packing. I can't ever travel light and I hate the idea that I won't have all of my stuff with me and if I need something or I forget it then that's just my problem. I love mixing and matching different summery outfits for a holiday but in the end I just want to bring my whole wardrobe. 

So I put together a collage of my favourite summer holiday images from WeHeartIt to get me even more excited for my holiday to Kefalonia and hopefully make packing less of a chore! I am just dreaming of the sun on my skin, my feet in the sand and crystal clear sea. 

I can't wait to share my holiday with you on the blog over the next couple of weeks. I don't think that they will be quite as professional as the ones above but hopefully I can take some beautiful pictures while I am away.

Eek! I am so excited to write this post! In two days time I will be going on holiday to Kefalonia with my family! We are staying in a beautiful villa with a swimming pool and amazing views and I honestly can't contain my excitement!

I Heart We Heart It

I Heart We Heart It

I'm not really the type of person that get's obsessed with apps, and my iPhone is just really an iPod that I can call and text people on. But there is one app that I love a lot and I can continuously scrolling though. It's not Instagram although I do have that but I can hands down say that We Heart It is my favourite phone app. 

We Heart It is basically an app where you like different photos and they get added to you page. I think you can upload your own photos as well but I have never done this. I a sense it is sort of like Tumblr but it is much easier to use and there is no writing or communicating involved. 

It sounds really cheesy by the photos that you "heart" can really say a lot about you and it is really interesting to go back through photos that you have like. My looking at mine I have found out I love things that are white, pretty and probably glittery too! It sounds like a really pointless app but trust me, once you get it you get hooked. 

So if you haven't already got this app I would definitely recommend it. It's something relaxing and nice to do on a long journey or when ever. Plus if you are a blogger like myself then there are so many beautiful photos that give great inspiration for blogposts or photography.
