Pinterest Inspired Valentines DIY
Today I wanted to share with you a few last minute DIY Valentines gifts. Personally I love homemade cute gifts as they are more thoughtful and show that you don't need to spend a load of money to get something perfect for someone. Most of these ideas were taken from Pinterest where you can find loads of other great ideas.
These first two little ideas are so cheap and simple but they just made me smile and I thought that they would be so cute to slip into you valentines bag in the morning.
I've been making cards for as long as I can remember, it's just something that I love to do. Homemade cards are always more personal and thoughtful. On Pinterest I saw loads of really cute puns for Valentines Day so I made all of my favourite ones to share with you and hopefully give you some inspiration.
The last thing that I made was something that I had seen a few times before and thought it would be such a cool gift. It's a candy bar message where you use different chocolate bars and sweets to write a message to someone. It's cheesy and consists of a lot of chocolate which are two things that you definitely need for Valentines Day. Although I have also seen this idea been done for birthdays and Father's day and it looks such as cool.
Hope you like these ideas and they gave you some last minute inspiration. Jack is coming to Manchester this evening for a long weekend and I am so excited to see him as it has been a month since I last saw him. Not really sure what we are going to be doing this weekend. Obviously nothing fancy as we are both students! Let me know if you have an special plans in the comment below whether it be sharing the day with your partner or having a party with friends.
To be honest Valentines day should be like any other day and I don't really think that there should only be one day a year to tell someone that you love them. The real question is, who's ready for Pancake Day?! xx
